Monet Guidelines and Policy Statement for Intervening with Fraudulent Activity

At Monet we take the issue of fraudulent activity very seriously. Our users' safety and security is our top priority while also remaining a decentralized platform.

Guidelines to reduce risk of falling victim to fraudulent activity:

1. Verify the identity of the creator by checking their profile information including discord and Twitter.
2. Look for regular raffle creators and trusted raffle creators on Monet which are identified through badges.

If you suspect fraudulent activity on the Monet platform, please take the following action:

Report it to our Monet Raffle DAO in #Report channel immediately and report the suspicious activity. Provide as much information as possible, including on chain evidence.

Policy: At Monet we have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity. We will take immediate action to investigate and flag the raffle creator. If we find evidence of a user engaging in fraudulent activity via the Monet team and/or 2+ verified users of Monet, we will take appropriate measures, including reporting and banning account. We at Monet are committed to providing as safe and secure of an environment for our users as possible while still maintaining the standards of a decentralized platform. While we are continuing to grow and have setup protocols to limit fraudulent activity, Monet cannot be held responsible for losses that may occur to users of the platform.
