Introduction:

This following outlines guidelines and policy statements for conducting raffles of in real life products on the Monet Community raffle platform. The guidelines are intended to ensure that the raffles are conducted in a fair and transparent manner, and that the interests of all participants are valued at the highest level possible.

Eligibility:

1. The raffle is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. The raffle is open to residents of any geographical location, unless otherwise stated by raffle creator, or prohibited by law.

Ticket Sales:

1. All ticket sales must be conducted through the Monet Community raffle platform in a fair and transparent manner.
2. The number of tickets available for sale will be clearly stated.
3. All ticket sales must be final, and no refunds will be issued.

Drawing and Notification

1. Raffle creator and winner must coordinate delivery separate of Monet.
2. The winner may need to provide proof of age and residency before receiving the prize.
3. Monet recommends raffle creator and winner contact each other via Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc. to arrange delivery or pickup.

Prizes:

1. The nature and value of the prize must be clearly stated by raffle creator.
2. The prize should be awarded as described by raffle creator.
3. The winner may be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
